Do we accept Insurance?

As part of our commitment to providing prompt, high-quality, one-on-one care, Building Blocks Physical Therapy is a cash-pay practice. We do not participate in any insurance networks. We will be happy to provide you with a detailed invoice so that you can submit it to your insurance provider for reimbursement after your child has received physical therapy services. If you plan to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, please check with them first to determine what they require for proper reimbursement. Payment is due before or at the time of service. When scheduling an appointment, you will be required to pay in Cash, Zelle, Venmo, or debit card.
