Building Blocks Physical Therapy is owned and operated by Madison Rhodes, PT, DPT. She provides in-home pediatric physical therapy with a family-centered approach to ages 0-5 in the Sacramento area. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Hampton University and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University. Rhodes is a licensed Physical Therapist in California and an Ethics and Professionalism committee member for the California Physical Therapy Association (CPTA). Throughout her career, she has worked in Early Intervention (0month - 36months), School Based Physical Therapy (3years - 21 years), Outpatient Pediatrics (0-17 years), and Inpatient Acute Adult and Pediatrics.
